okay so right now I'm going to write a poem so please ignore if you don't like poetry. And if you do some feed back would be great.
The name of this poem is emotional discharge
Emotional discharge
Just a girl with big dreams 
Who's surrounded by ripped seams of relationships gone arye 
She tries to fix what's been broken
By speaking words unspoken
But fails everytime she tries
And so here comes the emotion
Like a roller coaster
Taking her on a ride
All she wants is to be okay
But the emotions say no way
And so the ride never ends
This girl with emotion
She's in a comotion
Of what could of been and what went wrong
She cries daily
She wonders idly
Why can't this emotion be gone?
And so here comes the roller coaster of her emotions
Taking her on a terrifying ride
The more she fights the worse it gets
She doesn't know how to stop it
Stuck on the death ride
Of discharged emotions
Crying a river of fear and comotion within
And so it begins
Emotional discharge here and there
Running away from her problems
She's scared she's afraid she doesn't feel wanted
Where to turn
This poor girl is haunted
By the emotions of the situation
Making her grades worse
In self distruction
Oh this poor girl
She really is stressed
Emotionally distressed
And lost in a sea of pain anger and hate
Can't eat
Can't sleep
Sees the issues in her dreams
Cries nightly
And fights slightly
Needs to step up her game
There's so much at stake
And here comes the stress and emotion again
Will she ever escape the deadly ride
Will she survive?
Can she derail the roller coaster
Can she try to start over.
I think she can
For she is me
Just give me a push
And see what I can be
